
Reblade is a Danish deep-tech startup developing autonomous drone systems for wind turbine blade repair. Our multidisciplinary team combines robotics, software, electronics, mechanical engineering, and computer vision to bring cutting-edge technology into real-world renewable energy applications.
We are looking for an Electronics Engineer to strengthen our hardware team and support the development of our next-generation autonomous UAV systems.
You will be responsible for the design, integration, testing, and validation of electronic systems used throughout our platform. Working closely with software, robotics, and mechanical engineers, you will help ensure reliable and robust system performance from prototype through field deployment.
Design and develop electronic systems and PCB assemblies
Support component selection, schematic design, and hardware integration
Perform bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation of electronic systems
Integrate sensors, communication devices, and embedded hardware
Support prototype assembly and system verification
Prepare and maintain hardware documentation, schematics, and test procedures
Troubleshoot hardware issues during laboratory and field testing
Contribute to continuous improvement of electronic designs and development processes
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Experience with electronic circuit design and PCB development
Hands-on experience with hardware debugging and laboratory equipment
Experience integrating sensors and embedded electronic systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience with UAV or robotics systems
Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers
Experience with Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar ECAD tools
Experience with EMC, power electronics, or battery-powered systems
